Luna caters to regular customers in the afternoon and into the very early evening. Later, the atmosphere and offer in her pub changes towards the ghostly, making it a favorite haunt of those beings used to being out at night and being considered 'spooky' in their home worlds. Particularly vampires, ghosts, kobolds and their relatives like to meet here.
Of course, the pub remains open to all customers. It enforces a strict no-discrimination rule, however. Screaming will not be tolerated.
