Kir'Shara: A Vulcan Artifact containing the writing of Surak (or not)
A Kurlan naiskos is a ceramic figurine statue made by the Kurlan civilization. Because the Kurlan civilization died out millennia prior to the 24th century, a complete or intact naiskos was extremely rare, making them highly valuable to collectors and archaeologists.
A naiskos consists of a large hollow body, of which the top half could be removed to reveal several smaller figurines inside, similar in shape to the original one. Naiskoi reflected Kurlan philosophy in the sense that they believed that an individual was actually a community of individuals, each with their own voice, their own desires and their own view of the world. Ornamentation on the surface of a naiskos indicated which dynasty of the Kurlan civilization it came from.

Klingon Ma'Staka
Ma'Stakas were pugil sticks used in a Klingon wedding. They were presented to all those traveling on the path to kal'Hyah except the groom. They were carried by the men until the end of the ceremony, at which time they were used to attack the bride and groom. The ritual dates back to the wedding of Kahless and Lukara when they were attacked by Molor's troops moments after they were wed. Attacking with the ma'Stakas were a symbolic attack only, and not meant to be lethal.
Horga'hn
A horga'hn is a statuette that served as a fertility symbol on Risa, and represented the Risian symbol of sexuality. It comes in many sizes, from small carvings to statues to a hotel with a giant horga'hn built into it. It was believed that to own one was to call forth its powers. Displaying one publicly indicated that one was seeking jamaharon, a mysterious and pleasurable practice native to that world.
Katric Ark
A katric ark was a vessel used by ancient Vulcans to preserve a katra, a Vulcan's living spirit, after death.
Hundreds of years prior to the 22nd century, a set of katric arks was discovered at the P'Jem monastery. The arks were scanned and analyzed, and one of the scientists even attempted to initiate a mind meld with them, all to no effect.
