Hratli is an NPC from Diablo II, Act III. He functions as an armor and weapons vendor; he specializes in crafting and enchanting wares. He first greets the player at the docks of Kurast. An intelligent and insightful man, he is renowned for his "gallows humor".

He is also infamous for having been misspelled "Hralti" in some game files by Blizzard.

Like most of Act II NPCs Hratli's dialog about the last quests will depend whether you have completed the quest Lam Esen's Tome or not.

He consults on armor and weapons from different worlds. He can usually be booked through the weapons' and armor stores.
