Larzuk is the Blacksmith in Harrogath. He was the only Barbarian who did not directly fight the legions of Baal, during the Mount Arreat siege. He was anxious to enter battle, but deciding against it because of his importance. During the entire siege he was inside the city, forging new weapons for the Barbarian warriors of the town. Most of his friends died in the siege, he being one of the few who survived the attack.
