Basil Horton (fl. 1929) was a British wizard and Quidditch player for the Falmouth Falcons.[1]

Biography
In 1929, he established the Comet Trading Company with fellow player Randolph Keitch. Together they also invented the Horton-Keitch Braking Charm.[1]
