Martha Steward was a British Muggle. She was the mother of James Steward, who co-founded Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with his wife, Isolt Sayre. Biography Martha and her husband had at least one child, James Steward. They came from Britain. James left and went with the Plymouth settlement to the New World where he married a witch, Isolt Sayre and had two daughters, Martha Steward and Rionach Steward. Martha died sometime before 1632, since her granddaughter was said to have been named after her late grandmother.
