Pyotr Vulchanov was a Bulgarian wizard who played as a Beater for the Bulgarian National Quidditch team.[1]

Biography
He played as Beater for his team during the 1994 Quidditch World Cup.[1]
By 1996, he was included on a Chocolate Frog Card for his achievements in Quidditch.[4]
His son Boris participated in the 2014 Quidditch World Cup as a Beater for Bulgaria in the same way his father had, and the team made it to the finals, much the way Pyotr's had.[3]
