Bio: Due to self-worth issues and a strict teacher she had as a kid, Constance had always tried her best to be the model student. As a teacher she was too deeply caught in that trauma, so she put the same pressure on her own students, punishing deviating behavior. But while she is still strict and demanding, during her time with 'Worst Witch' Mildred, she eased up a bit and worked through some of her traumas. She is conservative and dislikes changes, tends to speak her mind, even if she hurts people, but in the end has a good heart.
